“Not waterproof or smudge proof”
I really wanted to like this eyeliner. It went on think. It smeared and I did not find it waterproof. When I wanted to take it off I had a hard time. It would not come off completely even with make up remover and oil to remove it.

Maybeline is my go to makeup so I don’t say this maliciously. The first few applications went fine. When I tried to sharpen the pencil, the product just kept breaking off and there were sharp pieces of wood that were painful and annoying. If so
